Please read these Terms carefully before using Sonx. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sonx.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonx mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using Sonx on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sonx provides AI-powered music generation tools including text-to-song generation, lyrics creation, voice cloning, photo-to-music conversion, and AI music video creation. The Service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Sonx offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
You retain ownership of the creative inputs you provide (text prompts, lyrics, uploaded photos, voice recordings). You also own the AI-generated songs and music created using your inputs, subject to the following:
You represent and warrant that your inputs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and comply with all applicable laws.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
The Sonx name, logo, app interface, AI models, and all associated technology are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
The Service and its underlying technology, excluding your user content, remain our sole property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
Sonx uses artificial intelligence to generate music, lyrics, and audio. You acknowledge that:
We are not responsible for how you use AI-generated content or any consequences arising from such use.
When using voice cloning features, you represent that you have the right to use any voice recordings provided, whether your own or others'. You must obtain explicit consent before cloning any third party's voice. Creating voice clones of public figures, celebrities, or any person without their consent is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
We are not responsible for misuse of voice cloning features. Such misuse may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonx and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonx and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account and ceasing to use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonx regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
